• Class 2: Designing Management Incentive Plans: This class is designed to teach PE Ops Professionals how to design and implement management incentive plans.  It will cover how to design the right plan using cash bonuses and equity based incentives, how to set performance targets and how to avoid the common pitfalls in alignment with management.  The class will be taught by Marc Hodak, one of the leading experts in management incentives and former business school professor.  Marc will be joined by Jon Weber, one of our industries earliest and most well respected PE Ops leaders. • Class 3: The Foundations of PE Ops:  Working in PE Ops is not straightforward and not the same as working in industry or consulting.  This class is designed to make PE Ops professionals successful.  We will cover topics like:  How do build a pipeline of work, How to measure your success and importantly how to get credit for it, how to build an internal brand.
