Winter Mead is the Founder and Managing Member of the investment firm Coolwater Capital, which exclusively focuses on emerging managers and technology investments. Coolwater is an academy for training, building and scaling emerging managers, a curated community of VC investors and early-stage investment specialists, and an investment firm. Coolwater has helped launch over 200 emerging managers in the last four years, establishing strong ties and trust with these managers, who form the foundation of the Coolwater community. Igor Taber has been an AI investor and operator for the last 15 years. He is a General Partner at Cortical Ventures, an early-stage AI-focused firm he co-founded to incubate and invest in companies leading the AI revolution. Previously, Igor was an early investor, Board Member, and SVP of Corporate Development at DataRobot. He was responsible for defining DataRobot’s growth strategy, managing investor relations, and overseeing M&A. He successfully raised over $1B in growth capital and facilitated numerous M&A transactions and partnerships. Before DataRobot, he served as Managing Director at Intel Capital, where he directed the AI and data investment practice. Under his guidance, Intel Capital gained recognition as one of the most active investors in AI. Throughout his career, Igor has invested in and held board positions for over 30 companies.
